Chilly and Breezy at The Portland Headlight
We have had SO much fun here this fall! It was Eric's birthday, and then Grandma and Aunt Aubrey came to see us. Eric turned 2 and got an Elmo Cake -- which had SO much frosting on it we almost wanted to vomit. Grandma, Aunt Aubrey, Mary and the kids went to visit light houses while they were were. The kids and I went Apple picking with Elise's preschool and had a blast. I think we ate more apples there then we brought home. The leaves in my back yard just started falling and we have had fun picking them up. The kids think jumping into them is SO much fun. We are loving the fall weather here, but miss you all. Lance is doing great at school. He is a studying maniac, but I know it will be well worth it in the end. Take care, we love you, and we will see you at Christmas!!!

Maine is beautiful in the fall! Any you are all darling. Just loved the pictures. Wish we were there with you, oh yeah, I was! But I want to go back! We love you and miss you!
Mary, your kids are getting so old! Maine is stunning. We do need to make a trip out to see you sometime.

Did you think we had fallen off the face of the earth? We have just loved these pictures but I forgot how to hit which buttons to respond and everytime I would try to send a message it wouldn't send...scary isn't it? Just loved your pictures of the birthday, etc., and your tree in front of your house is gorgeous. We are so enjoying the leaves here as well. Love you lots and post Hallowe'en pictures of your trick and treat day. Was is fun?
