Len Fought the Law and the Law Won

This is probably a breach of the attorney-client privilege, but I wanted to take a quick moment and brag about my new case. As you can tell from the caption, the law has finally caught up with Uncle Len, my old man. From the police report, it appears that Len has been accused of violating several traffic laws while driving Aubrey's car on March 2, 2008. I guess he didn't know about photo-enforcement.
The worst part about it is that Len continues to claim that he didn't do it. Frankly, I do not believe the court is going to buy this "one-armed-man" defense. It was his car, in his town, and Aubrey wasn't around to take the heat. Who cares if the picture doesn't match. The car ran the red light, and the car was owned by Len - case closed. Who is going to believe a story about a vigilante from Modesto who took the car, got the ticket, returned the car and ran back to California without fessing up. I don't and I'm his attorney. Fortunately for my Dad, I won't be on the jury.
So, while I know that this is a long shot, if you have any information about this crime please come forward. I'd hate to see the old man go to jail.

I would like to testify on the behalf of the accused. I was with Len on that day, it was fast Sunday and he had no meetings--he was with me and when we did drive, it was the Lexus, not the red car! I rest my case. I believe the blame lies elsewhere, but who could it possibly be?

I think I might know who the culprit could be.
